TL;DR
Direct Answer
Zalson reviews incoming material authenticity and sends items for external testing when required. Finished pieces are checked for metal porosity or pitting, discoloration, uneven plating color, secure stone setting, correct dimensions and protective packaging. Inspection Checkpoints
Quality requirements are set from the buyer's approved sample and specification. Market-specific requirements should be identified before production because European and United States requirements are not identical.

| Checkpoint | What is reviewed | Action when needed |
|---|---|---|
| Incoming material | Material identity and available supplier documentation | Send for external testing where required |
| Metal and surface | Porosity, pitting, discoloration and visible finish defects | Separate and correct before approval |
| Plating | Color consistency and visible coverage | Review against approved finish |
| Stone setting | Security and alignment of stones | Reset or repair exceptions |
| Dimensions | Size against the approved specification | Recheck or correct deviations |
| Packaging | Stability and protection against impact or scratching | Improve protection before shipment |
Buyer Defined Acceptance
Share the market, test requirement, dimensions, finish references and inspection expectations before the quote is finalized. This allows the appropriate checks to be attached to the order instead of relying on the phrase 'strict quality control.'
After Sales Defect Review
After-sales support is available. If a buyer reports a defect, photographs are requested first. When physical assessment or repair is needed, the item can be returned to the factory for review and handling. The covered defect, support period, freight and remedy are confirmed in the order terms rather than presented as an unlimited warranty.
