Jewelry Project Routes
Understand the project routes Zalson supports while client-specific case studies remain subject to permission and confidentiality.
TL;DRDirect Answer
Zalson supports three recurring buyer routes: adapting a catalog reference, developing a new design from a sketch or CAD brief, and replenishing an approved product using retained production records. Client identities and results are published only with permission.
- Route 1
- Catalog adaptation
- Route 2
- New development
- Route 3
- Repeat production
- Confidentiality
- Permission first
Stone, color or selected detail review
Sketch, CAD or sample starting point
CAD and mold records retained
No invented client identities or results
Catalog Adaptation
A buyer references an existing Zalson style and identifies the stone size, color, finish, quantity and market. The team checks whether the requested change can use the existing construction or needs new CAD and sampling.
New Custom Development
A sketch, image, CAD drawing or existing sample is converted into a measurable brief. Dimensions, target weight, material and stone details are settled before sample work, and the physical sample is approved before production.
Repeat Order Replenishment
CAD drawings and relevant rubber or steel mold records can support reorders. Material, natural-stone color, plating and packaging are reconfirmed so the repeat order reflects current inputs rather than an assumption of perfect sameness.
Buyer Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are client names not shown?
Jewelry development frequently involves confidential designs and brand information. Client names, images and results are published only when written permission and usage rights are available.
Can you discuss a similar project privately?
Describe the product, market and challenge in the quote form. Zalson can explain the relevant development route without disclosing another buyer's confidential information.
Is Zalson Jewelry a registered jewelry business?
Yes. Zalson Jewelry is operated by Guangzhou Zalson Jewelry Co., Ltd., a Guangzhou-registered limited company established on July 10, 2017 under Unified Social Credit Code 91440101MA59QA5C30. Its self-operated showroom and production site is in Shatou, Panyu District, Guangzhou.
Can buyers order a sample before production?
Yes. Sample work begins after the sample fee and brief are confirmed. A typical sample takes about 7 business days, up to three revisions can be reviewed, and production begins only after physical sample approval. Timing varies with design and plating requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum production order is 30 pieces per style. Send the reference, dimensions, target weight and estimated quantity so materials, stone setting, packaging and the quotation can be reviewed.
Can buyers visit the facility?
Yes. In-person visits can be arranged with at least three days' notice. A recorded video review can also be discussed for overseas buyers who cannot visit Guangzhou.
