Start with Your Design Direction
Bring a sketch, reference image, CAD drawing or existing sample. We review the silhouette, intended wearer, dimensions, metal, stones and finish before recommending an adaptation or a new design route.
A catalog piece can also be the starting point: share its product URL and mark the details you would keep or change. Buyer-supplied design files remain the buyer's property.

- Sketch
- Reference image
- CAD drawing
- Existing sample
Make the Piece Your Own
Material, stone size and shape, color, plating, dimensions, target weight, logo application and packaging can all be discussed. Feasibility depends on the construction of the selected style; changing many positions may require new CAD, molds or setting work.
Tell us which details are essential and which are flexible. That distinction helps the design review protect the character of the piece while choosing a practical production path.

- Material, plating and surface finish
- Stone size, shape, color and setting
- Dimensions, fit and target weight
- Logo placement and branded packaging
From CAD to an Approved Sample
After the brief and scope are agreed, the design can move to CAD and a physical sample. Review the sample against the agreed dimensions, stones, finish and branding before production is released. Up to three sample revisions can be reviewed; a typical sample takes about 7 business days after the brief and sample fee are confirmed.
- Confirm the technical brief and development route
- Review CAD and sample details
- Approve the physical sample or request a revision
- Release production only after sample approval
What to Include in the RFQ
A reference alone is enough to start a conversation, but dimensions, material, stone details, estimated quantity and destination market make the first response more useful. Production starts at 30 pieces per style; the quotation is confirmed after reviewing the specification.
